I am a little behind on my pictures but wanted to put the pumpkin carving ones on the blog because we just had so much fun! Abagayle jumped right in and started scooping her seeds out. As a matter of fact Paul tried to tell her that she was done and she insisted that she was NOT done...sure enough Paul looked and there was 1 pumpkin seed left in her pumpkin!
Keyan was not about to stick her hands into a pumpkin but did help Daddy transfer the guts to the bowl. She really enjoyed climbing all over the table.
Sidney and Jamahl were a team and worked very well together. Jamahl was happy to let Sidney reach in and pull the guts out while he supervised! Does he take after his mother or what??
McKenzy would have nothing to do with the pumpkins until I gave her a spoon. Once she had the spoon she was very happy to fling the pumpkin guts all over the kitchen.
The finished masterpeices! Daddy did a lot of the work but the kids really loved the whole experience.
