We finally made it to Abby's coming home day! She thought that it was never going to get her. Every other day she would ask, "It my pecial day?" When I told her that today was it so said, "where my baby?" She forgets NOTHING!!! With all of the craziness of Keyan coming home Abby had to wait until snack time for doughnuts but they were well worth the wait.
For those of you who don't see Abagayle very often, she is the boss of the group. Miss Sassy Frassy is what I like to call her and others call her Little Miss Smarty. She is very smart and knows everythig that is going on with everybody and is sure to let mommy know what they are all doing. The catch is that she usually instigates the trouble than stands back and tells on the rest of them. Her loud spirit and determination will get her far.
Everyone was excited about Abby's baby because it has real shoes. Daddy could not get it out of the package quick enough. Of course it takes a little longer when you have so much help. Two years ago, we had to fight to get Abby released from the NICU. She was having a terrible time eating because it took her so long. I finally went up that and learned how to tube feed her so that she could join us at home. Once she was home, we never had to feed her thru the tube we just learned that she did everything the way SHE wanted to do them and still does not listen to what others prefer. We should have known she would be the one to keep us guessing!
